TAEKWON-DO: THE PRACTICE AND PERFORMANCE MOMENTS

First of all, i'm taking Taekwondo class since i'm in Form 1 untill now...My goal is to learn to defend myself and to always have great energy, including self-confidence to deal with everyone .. we are all participating in taekwondo are taught to be ready for anything and coach always advise us that martial arts is not simply meant to show off but to defend ourselves .... we are not allowed to use taekwondo when we bullied ... but we are told to report to the teacher on duty on the following day, but when outside the school it depends on whether the matter is harmful to us or not .. than we can use it ..right now i'm in Red Belt (1)..it only take couple step to get a Blake Belt...




This is the time we were practicing for performances in school sports day ... it take a month to practice ... and at that time was the most tired and difficult for us because we need perfection in this performance ... all parts of our body pain, especially the feet and elbows, because when fighting one opponent must fall so we use the elbow to protect our bodies before falling to the ground ...





Despite a tiring day .. there is something practical that makes us smile because of the movements made by us so beautiful, smart and full of energy ... not to mention that our PK-KO praise about the movements .. at the end, what we have been practicing for about a month  have pay back ... all of us feel so happy ...
